what the letter of ur pass is for (see post below this one)

i'm gonna tell u guyz y i need a letter of ur pass on cp.

basically, it's so i can create the hq.

for e.g.:

[NOTE THAT I COULDN'T FIND ANOTHER WAY TO CREATE THE HQ PLACE]

say ur name is: pingfu, and the letter from password is: h, i will use the 'h' for one of the head-quartes (hq) zone/place on club penguin.
